As the founder of Cunningham Homes, Brookes is expanding his work beyond traditional real estate into thoughtfully designed new construction. Beyond real estate, Brookes is active in the Houston community through Big Brothers Big Sisters, his annual toy drive, annual teacher school year wishlist fulfillment, and several local fundraisers through the year. A proud Astros fan and dog dad to Bohdi, he lives by faith, fitness, and personal growth.
